About Will
A Fresh Voice For A Fresh Start
I am a born and raised resident of Faulkner County, growing up in Conway and attending Conway Public Schools. I left the area briefly to attend and graduate from University of Arkansas Fayetteville, where I studied Business Management. Afterwards, I came right back to Faulkner County!
Upon returning, I now run TFC Inc. with my father, Wayne LaRue. TFC is a metal fabrication business, with around half of our employees being from re-entry programs (former or currently incarcerated individuals.) We produce everything from radiator parts for military vehicles to taco holders for local restaurants!
Outside of business and politics, I am a licensed private pilot, paraglider pilot, scuba diver, kickboxer, and outdoorsman. I've been blessed by all central Arkansas has to offer, and now I'd be honored to earn the chance to serve the community that raised me!
WHAT I'M FOCUSED ON
This campaign is focused on 3 major issues facing our community.
- Enhancing public safety – For years I’ve done the work with programs that reduce recidivism by up to 80%. These programs work, they keep our community safer, they keep families together, they eliminate burden on our Sheriff’s office. It’s a win across the board! And it’s something we can bring to Faulkner County.
- Protecting our libraries – This means keeping them funded and keeping books on the shelves. This means not telling people what they can and cannot read. This means preserving and advancing education and freedom in Central Arkansas.
- Advancing our animal shelter – For 14 years, Faulkner County citizens have given their hard earned money as a voluntary tax to fund our animal shelter. And we still don’t have one. It’s time that our JP’s enact the will of the people and address this public safety issue.

Concerned about the future of our libraries? Me too. As your Justice of the Peace, I am dedicated to preserving and enhancing these essential community hubs. Libraries are more than just books; they’re vital spaces for learning, creativity, and connection, and provide invaluable services to our communities.
I will make sure our libraries are properly funded and supported so they can continue the critical work they do for our communities.
I believe a justice of the peace standing with the local animal shelter can be a powerful force for change. Beyond the courtroom, a justice with a compassionate heart and proactive spirit can bridge critical gaps and advocate for the voiceless.
I support making sure the roads in Faulkner County are second to none. I’m ready to add my voice to yours for the most basic yet most transformative necessity: good roads and bridges.
Good roads and bridges are the lifeblood of rural communities. We deserve the safe passage of our children to and from school, the timely arrival of emergency services and the unfettered flow of commerce that nourishes our local economies. Progress is a birthright of every citizen, no matter how remote their corner of the map.
Once elected, I will bring a new generation of leadership to the court, as well as my unique passions and experience. I am lucky enough to have the experience of being a business owner, and have used that blessing to try to serve and give back by our work with re-entry programs. I believe these experiences lend themself to the Quorum Court, and I am excited to serve the people of my home to the best of my ability.
At my core, I love my community, I love central Arkansas, and I want to do what I can to bring opportunity and a better life to the people who make this place home.
